Dear Incredimail, I Cannnt Receive Or Post Emails-help Urgently

Dear Incredimail,  i have used your sevice for nearly 2 years. i have contacted Telstra and they informed me-you are the only one who can resolve my problems with using incredimail.I cannot send or receive emails and new "things' which i have not authorised keep appearing ie what is your password ( Nb I get into incredimail and thats where everything goes 'pear shape'. Your service, has put in a theme that writes "what is your password". I have not authorised this . Than when i go to wrote an Email to someone an unknown address appears. When I ask for  or try to snd an email-incredimail says connecting, connecting etc than stops and says "failure to connect. I simply want the incredimail that I originally had, it was simple, straightforward and didn't include password pass the point where i had already assessed my mail with my primary password.Telstra, informed me-incredimail is the only one that can delete programmes that I did not authorise. I must have a password for this particular programme before I can even start and this address that keeps appearing-its not authorised to exist. Please help me, I am a nurse and the computer is my only form of communicating with friends , family etc quickly. Somehow all these other programmes have been installed-please dispose of them.I simply want to log in, type in my password, pressreceive-and emails come up/ OR press write and write an email-please make this happen Kind regards  Janine Winkler [email protected]
