Where Did My Files Go And How Do I Get It Back?
I have been having major problems with Incredimail and today the Tech said to uninstall by clicking "here" and reinstall by clicking "here" and I would not lose anything.
The whole thing got wiped out! I can't reinstall because the email got wiped out with the whole system.
I have bough and paid for everything for Incredimail. How do I down load and get my files back???
Help!!!!!
