Tv Blacks Out
I have a 2005 JVC HD61Z786. when I turn on the set I get a periodic whine that sounds like the fan is loose, then the TV set shuts off, and the red and blue lights in front of the TV begin to flash on and off rapidly. what do I need to do to fix this problem.
