Stand By Idle
Sometimes my cruiser flashes blue every two seconds and I cannot get it to be steady blue

There are a couple of reasons your Jabra Cruiser may be losing the connection with your phone. I would suggest resetting everything to get back to a known state:
To reset the Cruiser press and hold the answer/end button, the volume up and the FM buttons simultaneously until you hear, "Pairing mode."
To reset your phone, remove the Cruiser as a paired device from the Bluetooth menu then turn the phone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds (if possible). Replace the battery, turn the phone back on and repeat the pairing procedure with the Cruiser.
At this point some phones will ask if you want to manually connect to the Cruiser or automatically connect - choose automatic.
