Can't Hear Callers, Everything Else Seems Fine.
Hello,
Callers can hear me, but I cannot hear anything through the earpiece. I cranked the volume, but that didn't change anything.
What can I do to fix this?
Phone is an older Samsung slide phone (nothing fancy).

It's probably best to reset everything. Remove the Jabra EasyCall from the list of paired devices on your phone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the Jabra headset by, starting with the unit turned ON, press and hold the answer/end button and the volume down button at the same time. When you see the lights flash 5 times, it's reset. Turn the headset OFF.
Reset your phone by turning it OFF and removing its battery for 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back ON. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair the headset and phone again.
