To reset your phone, turn it off and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Jabra EasyGo, start with the headset turned ON, then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons simultaneously until the lights flash 5 times. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your cell phone and turn it ON. You should be able to "find" and add the EasyGo as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu and the issue should be resolved.
