Why Do I Hear 2 Beeps While On The Phone. Both Units Are Full And Close Together

While talking on the phone I hear double beeps through my Jabra easygo, the person I am talking with cannot hear me and I can not hear them at this time. I have the phone unit in my hand and both units are charged.
