Lowest Volume Setting Still Too Loud - Cannot Lower Volume.
So the standard speakerphone on my android will not go below a certain volume, maybe 15%? I have tried apps to fix it to no avail. I purchased the Jabra Tour hoping to lower it while bluetooth is connected. Unfortunately, the Tour is even louder. The speaking Voice Helper on it is extremely loud, and I have found no way to lower her voice, and also my in call volume it still too loud. Pressing volume down gets to the bottom and says "boop boop boop" as if I cannot lower it any further. All settings too loud at lowest volume, please help.
