Display Panel Is Not Working.

I purchased this oven from another party. They were working beautifully in all modes. I brought them home and after doing the necessary electrical upgrade, the ovens were installed and the display panel does not work. Several of the lights come on and there is random beeping that occurs. I called an appliance technician and he is stumped. Any ideas what might be wrong? Could the circuit board have blown in some way?
