Credit For A Cancelled Flight?
Hope you can help...Flight from SYR to JFK to PBI, June 23,2012...
Flight delay of plane arrival in SYR caused me to not be able to make my connection in NY to PBI
Forced to cancel my flight and make other arrangements. When cancelled I was advised I would not get a refund but would get full credit.....can I get some kind of verification of the credit due and instructions how to use it because I want to book another flight.
