Surviving Spouse, Executor, And Heir Of Juno Customer
I am the surviving spouse, executor, and heir of a juno customer, and would like to know if you can allow me access to my husband's email account, or will I have to guess at his info in order to see if he has been getting any important emails since becoming incapacitated?

Hello,
due to privacy you will more than likely not be given any password information to be given access to his account. So guessing would be your main option .. you can try calling Juno to see if they may give you further support :
if you have Juno Dial up call : 1-888-839-5866.
If you have Juno DSL call : 1-888-213-9093
