IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. It is a unique code that identifies a bank account in a specific country. SWIFT stands for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. It is a messaging system that is used to send money between banks.
Not all countries use IBAN numbers. If you are in a country that does not use IBAN numbers, you can use your SWIFT number instead. However, some banks may not accept SWIFT numbers for international payments.
If you are unable to provide an IBAN number or a SWIFT number, you may need to contact KLM customer service for help. They may be able to provide you with alternative payment methods.
Here are some other things you can try:
Check with your bank to see if they can provide you with an IBAN number.
Check with KLM to see if they accept other payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal.
Try using a different bank account to make the payment.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
