klm delays
several flights delayed.. written to them so many times. no compensation offered only apologies and told its a common thing and klm tries their best. rude staff at klm in kenyaAnonymous-84514.... November 17th, 2012
KLM-DELTA MIXUP TICKETING
When we arrived from Houston IAH into Amsterdam, our ticket could not be located. I booked with KLM direct. For some reason some of the calls went to Delta phone. There were 2 booking codes on our Europe trip and unable to find our flight AMS-Rome. The staff was EXCELLENT at AMS, but from all we could see it was a DELTA problem issueing 2 different BOOKING CODES. Everytime I called the airlines (KLM or Delta) they could never find our reservations, then finally came back and said it was ok. Strange! The two partners are not working well together and should look into booking codes mixups. KLM was great in AMS resolving what they felt was a VERY BIG ISSUE/MISTAKE! Thanks KLM.
