Can An Adult On Parent's Plan Living Outside Kaiser Area Get Medical Bills Paid?
I am 23 and live 3.5 hours from Kaiser. Will Kaiser pay for services where I live?

Although the policy might vary from region to region, the only Kaiser policy with which I am familiar is that if you live outside the Kaiser service area you are eligible for legitimate emergency and urgent care in the area in which you reside. But to obtain regular medical coverage, you would need to obtain it at a Kaiser facility within the service area.
Be advised that Kaiser can be a real stickler for what they consider to be an emergency or urgent care. It may take considerable time getting an emergency care bill paid and even more for urgent care.
I am guessing that you are a full time student and do not have health insurance through your school.
