Kia Sorento Idles Hard While I Am Waiting At Stop Sign Or Red Light.

I've been having this problem since I noticed it a week after I leased vehicle. Service department has tried to correct problem twice to no avail. I spoke to the service department this past saturday and I was told that some one will get back to me this tuesday December 10th. I called the service department today and no one gets back to me, left messages and nothing. This problem with the vibration of car while I am idling at a Red Light or stop sign is aggrevating. I am paying good money for a new car either my car is replaced or I must take legal action. Can someone provide me with an answer. If the service Department tries to fix problem one last time and the problem continues then I must do what is required. Please I'm paying good money for a problem car.
