Blank Screen On New Fs-1350dn Printer?? Please Help

Got a new Printer for a client and after power on the printer runs and initialises but the screen stays blank, just the backlight thats on + the Ready LED is on?? have taken it appart and reseated the cables but still the same thing when it is switched on.....
