Paper Jam Error

we had a paper jam yesterday which has been cleared. however the printer is still showing message saying there is still a jam. we cannot clear it, cannot get into menu. printer was switched off overnight and still has same message today? how can we reset?

Make sure that there are no torn pieces of paper inside the printer. Cross-check to verify. If you are sure that there are no torn pieces inside, check the cartridge of the printer. It may have been misaligned. Align it once again. Check the alignment through a test print and you should have your printer working!
