Lg Motion 4g Missed Calls

Is there a way for you to set your phone so that if there was a missed call, the phone could say a specific person's name on the contacts list? Ex: i call a person named Bob. i missed a call from Bob so my phone can say "Sorry BOB, I missed your call but i'll talk to you later. Is there something like that on this phone?
