How Don I Get A Fefund?

Returned A Shirt With A Receipt. Paid With My Debit Card More Than 10 Days Ago. Bought Another Shirt And Pants Used Cash I Paid For Shirt With And Gift Card. Pants Fit Weird So I Returned Them Only To Be Told I Would Get A Gift Card And Not The Part Cash And Part Gift Card How Do I Get My Cash Back?
