What Is The Lane Bryant Return And Refund Process?
I need to return my clothes to Lane Bryant, but I do not know their policies and procedures.

To make return at Lane Bryant, the product must have the tags (unless the product was worn, then found out it was damaged) as well as a receipt. If you paid with cash, you must have the receipt but if you used your Lane Bryant credit card or a personal debit/credit card, they are able to look it up that way. You have 45 days to return, however you have 60 days with a Lane Bryant card.
