Make sure that your LeapFrog device is turned on and that the Wi-Fi is turned on.
Check that your router is turned on and that it is connected to the internet.
Make sure that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
Try moving closer to the router.
Restart your LeapFrog device and your router.
Reset your router to factory defaults.
