Greetings - Im not sure if you wish to change from English or to English - Otherwise this is what you can do - Go to
1. Applications List
2. Go to Settings
3. Language and Input
4. Language Settings (should be the first on the list)
And then you will get a list of languages from which you can select the one you wish to use.
