Lexmark X6675 Will Not Turn On

Unplug the power supply (the black box behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in). Make sure the other end of the power cord is still plugged in to a known working power outlet. Look around the power supply, because it's still plugged in to the power source, there should be a green LED on around the silver contacts. If not, unplug the power cord from the power supply and plug it back in. Make sure to properly secure the cable. If the LED still won't power on, then, you have a defective power supply. If that's the case, I advise you to call Lexmark for assistance with that power supply. They might send one for free. Now, if LED is on, plug the power supply back in the printer. Make sure to plug it in correctly because it can also be plugged incorrectly. You might think that you have it in secure already, but apparently, it's in the wrong position. It happens a lot. So, just double-check.
