My Door In Close Position Start To Close Intead Of Openning De Door. It Change T

The direction of the belt changed by itself. The unit was operating pertfectly. Liftmaster 3850PI turned power on and offI reprogramed the belt openning and close position with the black and red button. But the problem persist. The change continue in the wrong direction.
