You Charged My Account, Allyn Mcgillicuddy, Twice This Month
Two charges for LinkedIn services were charged to my credit card this month. It really annoys me that LinkedIn has provided no way for me to resolve this immediately. It's annoying enough that I have to spend time correcting your mistake. Consequently, I request that you cancel my account and immediately refund both $19.95 charges.

Hi. HelpOwl is a third party. To contact LinkedIn directly, go here and click on Contact Us > then complete and submit the form there.
As for the charge, you can both dispute and have it reversed by going via your banker or Credit Card company.
