I TALKED TO CUSTOMER SEVICE ON 30TH WHEN I WENT TO USE MY LIVING SOCIAL COUPON. HE CALLED AND WAS MAKING THE CASE FOR MY REFUND AND SAID I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL. NO EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED! SHERYL VUILLEMOT AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD USED! S TO CORRESPOND WITH ME!

First, send a certified letter to LivingSocial, 829 7th St., Suite 301, Washington DC 20001, US.

Then if necessary dispute the charge with your credit card issuer.

You can also complain to DC's Dept. of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs at 202-442-4400.
