My Hotmail Account Is Blocked And My Alternate Email Is The Same One.

My hotmail account has been blocked, and my alternate email is the same one. So this means i cannot retrieve the unblock code. How do i solve this? Is there another way of recieving the code?    Contact me on [email protected] if you find an answer.
