Please, my account has been blocked and I need very important information from my clients. This has placed me in an embrassing situation. What can I do to get my account back immediately?I have tried to follow the instructions given. I sent my the verification information and no response. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to open your hotmail account especially if you are expecting something important to arrive in your email. Sometimes your account gets blocked because your memory has failed you or sometimes it could be due to outside causes.
Please try the following:
1. Restart your computer.
1. Or Try to sign-in your account in a different computer.
2. For non-MSN customers, call 1-800-386-5550 and when prompted say "Get Information".
3. For MSN customers, call 1-800-386-5550 when prompted say: "Technical Support"
