Cancellation

I just purchased magicjack today 2/25/11 and also subscribed online for a year and paid by credit card. I now want to cancell my subscription, since I now find that I can not use this equipment in my home. It will not work for me and my family. We don't know anyone else who has it and we don't want to have to pay extra for your long distance service. The whole reason to buy this product was to get free calling, as was advertised. I just want my credit card refunded and I will return the product to thes store where it was purchased. How can I get my credit card refunded for the billing, which was to be a free trial, which I didn't get and was automatically billed.

2: Go to My computer and right click on the magic jack drive, and click on eject. the blue light should turn off, and you can take it out.
