How Do I Get My Credit Card Credited. I Want To Cancel It. It Is Of No Use To M

I purchased magicjack at a retail store and before I used the 30 day trial, I also went online and purhased a one-year service and was quickly billed for $19.99. I returned magicjack to the retail store and got a refund; however, I'm at a loss to figure out how to get my card credited for the $19.99 I was billed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize magicjack would be of no use to me. I want my card credited and I don't want to be billed again for a service I don't have.
