My Magic Jack Doesnt Work What Should I Do And How Can I Cancel My Service

My magic jack hasnt been working for awhile now and i dont know how to get it fix or where to go. I want to know how do i go about cancelling service without money being taken from ny account.

If you bought it at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt.

Otherwise, you must return it within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.
