I Purchased A 5yr Plan For $69.95. Why Is My Service Suspended?

I purchased a 5 yr plan for $69.95. My number is 786-463-7894.hy is my service under this plan is suspended, alleging that I did not renew. What's going on?

You have not reached magicJack but an independent help site. You are certainly entitled to renewals you purchased.

Your first step should be to click here to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the "My Subscriptions" tab.

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute the charge with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
