5 Year Plan Did Not Let Me Purchase?

HI I just purchased a new magic jack plus to replace my current regular Magic Jack. The purchase took me to the page where I could purchase an additional 5 years for $99, but then it went to the final purchase confirmation before I had a chance to purchase this part of the plan. I would like to purchase the additional 5 years, what can I do? Thanks for any help you can provide

Very little, I'm afraid. Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.

You can also try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
