Renewed Mj Paid $31.39 Via Visa Card; My Account Debited But No Service

Good day My Magicjack expired and I renewed it. My VISA card account was debited but I have no service! I am receiveing a message stating that my account has expired. PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM TRAVELLING AND NEED TO MAKE CALLS!! Thanks very much

magicJack's customer support is feeble at best, but you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute any payments with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

As many have learned the hard way, it's *not* a good idea to rely on magicJack for phone service.
