I do have have to paid 10.00 for renewal after I already paid for 6 years of service

You can try Kerv's suggestion, but I doubt you will get "prompt and definate assistance." magicJack's support is essentially nonexistent. There is no phone number with which you can speak to a real person, and no phone number at all except for billing questions. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:

My guess however is that nothing you do will get you an answer. If (as it appears) you're being nagged for a renewal you've already purchased, your best course is just to ignore the nags. If you do that, you'll almost certainly be okay. If not, however, you can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
