I Cannot Access My Majic Jack Account To Change My Voicemail Message.

I recently had my computer reformatted and cannot access my account. I tried to redownload the software. But it didn't install correctly. I didn't want to delete it and redownload because I got a message that iI wouldn't be able to receive incoming calls. Would you please send me a link to redowload the software plus any additional instructions to help me to access my account. Thank You

Reset as follows:

Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
