The account update procedure is: Go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, click the My Account tab, and then click Manage Login. I hope that your following this procedure will not entail any problems. If you do have problems, however, we can't help you without knowing what the specific problems are. magicJack's customer service is unreliable and essentially inaccessible.
