How Can I Continue Live Chat With Magicjack Customer Care.

had live chat, wiped off suddenly twice, now can't reconnect due to incorrect email address, which has not changed. This is not good. I need help.

Sorry to tell you this, but from the user communications I've received I have to say you're fortunate to be able to get through at all to magicJack's customer service.

You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
