To replace a damge Magicjack go to www.magicjack.com in the search box type in replacement. This will bring up a link below that will take you to a live chat rep. Have your Magicjack phone number, email address, credit or debit card ready. Be sure to tell them this is to replace a damaged unit. I ordered one last November (2010) it cost $20.96 this included S&H and only took four days to recieve. Your phone number and contract will remailn the same.
