I Cannot Receive Calls, But I Can Make Calls And I Can Hear The Person But They

BUT THE CANNOT HEAR ME, I Hv unpludws the jcak, used a different phone , so what do i do now

If your telephone does not ring:

1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position

2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position

If that does not work:

Try a different telephone

NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
