To use your non-magicJack number as your magicJack number:

After logging in, click the "Phone Numbers" tab and then "Transfer." Next, click the "Transfer My Number" button, and follow the prompts. There will be a $19.99 one-time fee and a $9.95 annual charge after the first year.

If your old phone number is not transferable, you can return your device per these instructions (or if you bought it from a retailer, return it there).
