HI THERE

WHAT YOU CAN DO IS GO TO A TELLER AT THE BANK AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR CARD(TD VISA MASTERCARD OR OTHER) 

THEN TELL THEM YOUR INFORMATION AND THEY WILL GET YOU A CARD!!
