Fridge Not Cooling

Opened the refrigerator today to notice items arent as cold as they usually are. We cleaned out the freezer to be certain the vent wss free from obstacles, de-iced the top seal of freezer door which had some ice build up, dusted behind the fridge and have kept both the fridge and freezer closed all morning but it doesn't seem to be getting better. What else can we do? The freezer seems to be fine.
