I Was Notified That My Account Was Due For Renewal. I Just Renewed It 10/19/11.

I was notified via computer that my account has expired. And that appears what has happened. But my account says it does not expire until 10/19/12. I renewed it when I discontinued using ATT. Please reset my service ASAP and notify me of any problem.
