Former Employee Wants To Be Hired Back

I give my store 3175 a call everyday, and night. I now have past my 2ed interview and the store secretary doesn't do her work. they keep telling me corporate has to call me, I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now.It is a bad idea for me to call corporate, or what is in my best intreast. I loved my job, and just want another shot at getting it back, but I can't get my 3rd interview without the call from corporate. Please help!Thank you!

Hello,

I would recommend going to the location speaking with someone closest in position to the store secretary like the store manager . Let them know you are taking initiative and really want your position back . . see if there's anything they can do to expedite process .

Otherwise, It looks like you will need to contact corporate and explain to them the same. This is not a bad thing as long as its done in a professional matter. Keep it short & sweet. Let them know your checking on the status of your application & would like to know when they could schedule the interview.

The ball is really in their court but showing initiative may work in your favor.
