Basically to set the clock you do this:
With the power off, press and hold the
CLK SET button.
While holding the CLK SET button, press
the MIN/Skip/Search << button to set
the minute and the HR/Skip/Search >>
button to set the hour.
Release the CLK SET button and the
time will be set.
(This is all on page 8 of the manual)
