My Metro Phone Wont Allow Me Touch Anything On The Screen. Can I Still Trade It
If i try to click on something it doesnt work. It just stopped working.

Greetings - The device's software must just be corrupted. If you can forward us it maker and model number, we can try and provide you with direction on how you can hard reset it to it factory settings.
