How Can I Get My Phone Back On When I Made Payment Yesterday
I made a payment yesterday and my phone said next payment due feb.6 2012 and then my phone got shut off.

The customer service number for Metro PCS is 888-863-8768. To get a live person keep pressing the # key and the system will eventually give up (after about 4 times) Then it will ask you to either press 1 or end the call. After pressing 1 you will connected to a live person after a series of beeps.
I hope this gets you the answer as to why you have no service!
