My Phone Will Not Transmit A Text To Only One Of My Contacts.

My phone was texting my boyfriend for over a month now since I purchased it. Two days ago it stopped sending my texts to him saying his phone did not support Metro Pcs SMS. What does this mean not support, and how do I fix it.

I agree most likely they will trouble shoot the phone for you, and make a trouble ticket taht takes up to 7 days. Once the issue is resolved they will send out a text message and let you know the issue is fixed! Thanks!
