Cant Hear Anything

Hi,

Try to unpair and re-pair your headset with your phone (if you haven't done it yet). You may as well try to reset the headset back to factory settings then pair it again witn your device.

Restore to Factory Settings

  1. Make sure your headset is on
  2. Press and hold the Call button and both Volume buttons for 10 seconds until the status light is steadily lit in blue. You can also try to pait the headset to a different phone just to isolate the issue. Iff still the same and your headset is within a year from the date pf purchase you can contact Motorola for warranty options https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service. Hope this helps.
